Tsukiji

Tsukiji Tsukiji is a district of Chuo-ku in Tokyo, and the site of the Tsukiji fish market. It lies near the Sumida River, on the land reclaimed from Tokyo Bay during the Edo period in the 1700. The Tsukiji fish market it is said to be one of the best sushi destinations in the world, and the largest fish market of the world, this market handles over 2000 tons and 450 different types of sea food on a daily basis.
