Asakusa Shrine

Db_20temple2 Asakusa is one of the most photogenic shrines in Tokyo. The local area that surrounds the shrine has an extense variety of shopping opportunities for the visitors looking for that special souvenir. If you really want to experience Japan, then go to this shrine during a special event. We all know how populated the Tokyo region is. These events bring the locals as well as foreigns out in hords. When special events are not going on, this shrine is a very quiet, subdued place to visit. Enjoy!
